Adria Arrowsmith

/files/FacultyPhotos/0005a.JPGMrs. Arrowsmith was born in Winter Park, Florida. She is married to Patrick Arrowsmith and has two beautiful daughters, Anna and Laura. She has taught at Trinity Christian School since 1997. She became a Christian in 1991 and attends Trinity Baptist Church. She feels that the Lord has blessed her in many ways but one of the greatest blessings is working with your children.

 

Mrs. Arrowsmith’s favorite Bible verse is 2 Timothy 2:15, “Study to show theyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”

 

 

 

 

Priscilla Carreno

/files/FacultyPhotos/0015.JPGMrs. Priscilla Carreno was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Tampa, Florida at four years of age.  She attended Hillsborough County Schools and the University of Tampa where she received a Bachelor of Science degreee in Elementary Education.  She started her teaching career in Tampa in 1962 and moved to Altamonte Springs in 1972 where she worked as a teacher until she retired after 30 years of teaching.  Mrs. Carreno taught at Trinity Christian School as a first grade teacher for several years and again retired from teaching.  She returned to Trinity in 2005 to teach Spanish.

 

Mrs. Carreno has been a Christian since she was 11 years old.  She is presently working in the children’s ministry and other facets of ministry at Orlando North Community Church.  Her favorite Bible verse is Lamentations 3:21-25, “This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope.  It is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his passions fail not.  They are new every morning, great is thy faithfulness.”

 

 

 

Lynn Graber

/files/FacultyPhotos/0032.JPGMrs. Graber graduated from Toccoa Falls Bible College in 1978 with a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education. She has been teaching music at Trinity Christian School since 1986.  Mrs. Graber and her husband, Jim, have three grown children, Jeff, Allison, and Jessica, all graduates of Trinity Christian School.

 

Mrs. Graber attends Trinity Baptist Church.  Her favorite Bible verse is Matthew 5:16 “Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your father which is in heaven.”

 

 

 

 

 

Brandon Hazzard

/files/FacultyPhotos/0368.JPGMr. Hazzard is from Indianapolis, Indiana, but has lived in Clearwater, Florida for the past ten years.  He recently married a beautiful young lady and is currently living in Sanford.

 

Mr. Hazzard earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the Campbellsville University
in Elementary Education.  Before teaching at Trinity he taught fifth grade for ten
years and directed the elementary morning news program at Indian Rocks Christian School in Largo.  He enjoys teaching computer and coaching baseball.  One Bible
verse that encourages him is Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

 

 

 

 

Patricia Moore

Art


/files/FacultyPhotos/0052.JPGMs. Moore was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida.  She made her profession of faith when she was twelve years old during a revival.  She has earned degrees in Art Education, English and Nursing and is a State and ACSI certified teacher.  She has 18 years of teaching experience in a variety of settings including public and private schools.  She currently teaches Elementary Art, Enrichment, and Middle School PhotoShop Elements. She has taught Middle School English and Nursing in the past.  She is a practicing artist who works in watercolor, collage, and mixed media and teaches private art lessons.

 

Ms. Moore is a member of Northland Distributed Church. Her favorite Bible verse is 1 Corinthians 13, which describes the characteristics of Christian love.
 

 

 

Sean Moore

Violin


/files/FacultyPhotos/0053.JPGMr. Moore was born in Winter Park, Florida, and grew up in the Longwood area.  He obtained a Bachelor of Music degree from Florida State University in 2004.  He is a former member of the Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra.  He is proficient in violin, guitar, piano, French horn, and trumpet.

 

Mr. Moore has served as the Orchestra Director at Trinity since 2005.  During this time, his students have participated at the ACSI Solo and Ensemble Festival, as well as the ACSI Concert Band and Orchestra Festival.  He currently teaches fourth through eighth grade string ensembles and private lessons.  After hours, Mr. Moore is a music producer at Phases in Sound Recording Studio in Orlando.

 

Mr. Moore is a member of Wekiva Presbyterian Church.
 

 

 

Jean Nichols

/files/FacultyPhotos/0060.JPGMiss Nichols was born in Glenburn, Maine.  She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education at Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri.  She came to Trinity Christian School in 1983 to teach fourth grade.  She was team lead for 22 years while teaching fourth grade.  Miss Nichols became the school librarian in 2006.  She is ACSI certified.  Miss Nichols is thrilled that God has given her the opportunity to use her passion for teaching at Trinity.  It brings her such joy to see how excited the students are about the different books they are reading or information that they are learning.

 

Miss Nichols is a member of The First Baptist Church of Mt. Dora.  Her favorite life verse is Psalm 46:10, “Be still, and know that I am God:  I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.”  God wants us to stop and listen to His direction for our lives in all situations.  He is God and we can have confidence in who He is and what He does.  We are a work in progress.
 

 

 

Garry Sharpe

Physical Education


/files/FacultyPhotos/0077.JPGMr. Sharpe was born in McMinnville, Tennessee.  He is married to Wanda Sharpe and has one son and three grandchildren.  He accepted Christ as Savior in 1979.  Mr. Sharpe started teaching in 1985 and has been at Trinity Christian School since 1990.  He lives in Groveland and is a member of The First Baptist Church of Clermont.

 

Mr. Sharpe’s favorite Bible verse is Proverbs 1:7, “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and instruction.”
