Dear Parents,

Thank you for your interest in Trinity Christian School. We feel that all children benefit from a Christian education and we are committed to helping our students reach their full potential. Trinity Christian School is fully accredited by SACS (Southern Association of Colleges and Schools) and ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International).  We are also a member of S.B.A.C.S. (Southern Baptist Association of Christian Schools).

Trinity Christian School offers a challenging curriculum while stressing Christian character and a Christian worldview. It is our desire to work with you in helping to raise your children to have strong Christian values and to enable them to grow into Christian leaders of the future. Students who have completed K-8th grade at TCS are well prepared for the challenges of high school.

In addition to classroom instruction, elementary students are currently participating in; art, music, computer, Spanish, library and P.E. classes. The Accelerated Reading program and Math Super Stars continues to enrich and challenge our students. Middle school students may choose from various classes for an elective. During the first semester of this year our middle school students were given the opportunity to join a Hike and Bike group which met on Thursdays after school and rode together on the West Orange Trail. During the second semester a bowling league was offered.

It has been a busy year with our students and faculty being involved in community service projects, Operation Christmas Child, Lee Denim Day for cancer research, missions, Jr. BETA Club competitions, and other academic and music competitions. We recognize the importance of growing the whole child and we encourage all of our students to become involved in service of some type.

Although God has allowed us to keep our tuition rates very reasonable throughout the years, we understand that putting your child in a Christian school can be a financial struggle; therefore tuition assistance may be available for those families who apply and qualify. More information is available on our web site. You can learn more about other scholarship programs through the Florida Department of Education, Office of Independent Education and Parental Choice at www.scholarshipfunding.org.  We currently accept Corporate Tax Credit Scholarship students and McKay Scholarship students. Due to the unique needs of each family we have tried to provide several part time or full time options for our families needing childcare outside of the regular school hours.

God has continually blessed Trinity Christian School for 36 years and we anticipate great things again in the 2010-2011 school year. We invite you to share those blessings with us.
